At Bonanza Satrangi, we strive to ensure your satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of delivery provided they are unused and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number and images of the product to request a Return Authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, labels, and the original invoice are included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Send the package back to our designated returns center using a traceable courier service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our team will inspect the items for quality compliance and process your exchange or issue a store credit within 7-10 working days.
