What are your standard delivery timelines?
For domestic orders within Pakistan, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days. International shipping timelines vary by destination, usually ranging from 7 to 10 working days.
What is your exchange and return policy?
You can exchange any unused, unwashed item with original tags within 14 days of purchase. Please note that sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) within Pakistan, as well as major Credit/Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and bank transfers for both local and international orders.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this number on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment's progress.
Do you offer alterations for stitched suits?
Currently, we do not offer custom alteration services. Our stitched collections are available in standard sizes ranging from Extra Small to Extra Large as per the size chart provided on each product page.
Are the colors of the products accurate on the website?
We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible; however, due to photographic lighting and different device screen settings, there might be a slight variation in the actual color of the fabric.
